This Policy explains what personal data the Akunosai Platform collects, why we use it and what choices you have. It applies to the website, its subdomains and applications.

• Account data: e-mail address, password (stored only in hashed form), name and phone number if you provide them.
• Verification data: identity documents and photos when you complete identity verification.
• Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, orders, trades and the blockchain addresses involved.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, sign-in history.
• Communication: your support requests and our replies.

3. Why we use it

• To open and run your account and provide the services you request.
• To protect your account and the Platform: sign-in history, anti-phishing code, withdrawal checks and fraud prevention.
• To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks and record keeping.
• To answer your requests and send service notifications (security alerts, deposit and withdrawal status). You can unsubscribe from non-essential e-mails at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Platform (payment processing for crypto deposits, e-mail delivery, hosting and content delivery) and with competent authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and interface settings. When you arrive through a partner link, a referral cookie records the partner so that the referral can be attributed.
