1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to akunosai.com, its subdomains and applications operated under the Akunosai brand (the «Platform», «we», «us»). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules published on the Platform — product pages, order forms, fee information and promotion rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The Platform is not intended for persons located in jurisdictions where its services are prohibited, or for persons subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including tax obligations.

3. Your account

  • One person may hold one account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and 2FA codes secret; we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and an anti-phishing code.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken with your account. Tell us immediately through the Support Center if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • To protect accounts we may apply security measures, for example a 24-hour withdrawal lock after a password reset or after 2FA is turned off.

4. Verification and anti-money-laundering

We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) and to explain the source of funds, and we may limit features until verification is completed. We may refuse, suspend or reverse operations that we reasonably believe are related to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions violations, and inform the competent authorities where the law requires it.

5. Services

The Platform offers spot trading, Convert, perpetual futures, P2P trading, Earn products, binary options and other products described on their pages. The rules shown on a product page and in its order form are part of these Terms. We may add, change or discontinue products, trading pairs and features; where reasonable we will announce material changes in advance.

6. Risks

  • Crypto assets are highly volatile. You may lose all the funds you use.
  • Leveraged products (futures, binary options) can produce losses quickly; a futures position may be liquidated when its margin is insufficient.
  • The APR of Earn products is a reference rate, not a guarantee.
  • Blockchain transfers are irreversible and depend on third-party networks.
  • We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice. Articles, analytics and other content on the Platform are for information only.

7. Fees

Applicable fees are shown before you confirm an operation — in the order form, the Convert quote, the withdrawal form or on the product page. We may change fees for future operations.

8. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Send only supported coins over the network selected on the deposit page. Funds sent over another network, to a wrong address or without a required tag may be lost and are not always recoverable.
  • Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our security team and may be delayed or rejected for security or compliance reasons. You are responsible for the correctness of the withdrawal address. Network fees are shown in the withdrawal form.

9. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses such as futures trial funds follow the rules of each promotion: they may be non-withdrawable, limited in time and taken back when they expire. Abuse — multiple accounts, self-referral, wash trading or similar — leads to cancellation of the bonus and of the profit made with it.

10. Prohibited use

You must not manipulate the market, trade with yourself, exploit errors or bugs, overload the Platform with automated requests, access other people's accounts, or use the Platform for fraud or any other illegal purpose. We may correct or cancel trades executed at clearly erroneous prices caused by a technical failure.

11. Suspension and closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these Terms, a legal requirement or a security risk. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your funds by contacting the Support Center.

12. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, your own actions or mistakes, failures of third-party networks or service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes are announced on the Platform; by continuing to use the Platform after an update you accept the new version.
