How to Deposit and Withdraw USDT (TRC20): Step-by-Step Guide

Updated 2026-11-03

This guide uses the TRON (TRC20) network as an example and walks through the full USDT process, from deposit to withdrawal. Other networks work the same way; only the minimum amounts and arrival times differ.

Deposit USDT in four steps

  1. Open the Deposit page and choose USDT as the coin.
  2. Choose TRON (TRC20) as the network. The page shows your personal deposit address and a QR code. This address stays valid long-term.
  3. In the wallet or platform you are sending from, paste this address, select the same TRC20 network, enter the amount and send.
  4. Wait for network confirmations: TRC20 needs 19 confirmations, and funds arrive in about 3 minutes.
This address can only receive USDT, and you must use the same network you selected on the page. If you send on the wrong network or send a different coin, the funds may not be recoverable.

Minimum deposit amounts and arrival times

The minimum deposit is 1 USDT on every network except Ethereum (ERC20), where it is 20 USDT. Confirmations for the most common networks:

  • TRON (TRC20): 19 confirmations, about 3 minutes
  • BNB Smart Chain (BEP20): 20 confirmations, about 2 minutes
  • Ethereum (ERC20): 12 confirmations, about 4 minutes
  • Solana: 32 confirmations, about 1 minute
  • TON: 1 confirmation, about 1 minute. A TON deposit must include the memo shown on the page, otherwise it cannot be credited automatically.

Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Optimism and AVAX C-Chain are also supported. Besides USDT, you can deposit USDC, BTC, ETH, TRX, SOL, BNB and other coins. Akunosai does not charge a deposit fee; the network fee is charged by the sending wallet under its own rules.

Withdraw USDT: check first, then submit

  1. Open the Withdraw page and choose USDT and a network. Pick whichever network the receiving side supports.
  2. Withdrawals are sent from your Spot (trading) account. If your USDT is in the futures account, transfer it to the Spot account first.
  3. Paste the receiving address and enter the amount. The page shows the network fee and the amount that will arrive. Check them, then submit.
  4. Every withdrawal goes through a security review and is sent on-chain only after it is approved.
A withdrawal sent to a wrong address or network cannot be reversed. Check once more before you submit.

Keep your funds safe

  • Withdrawal address whitelist: when it is on, you can only withdraw to addresses you have saved.
  • Anti-phishing code: every email from Akunosai shows the anti-phishing code you set. An email without this code is not from us.
  • After you reset your password, turn off two-factor authentication or turn off the withdrawal address whitelist, withdrawals are locked for 24 hours.

You can also deposit and withdraw on your phone: download the Android app. Want to practice futures first? Try the futures demo account.
